RETURNS

All the products sent are previously reviewed in our warehouse, therefore, there is no possibility that they arrive in a defective state unless an incident arises in the transport, in which case the transport company will take care of the possible damages suffered. .

Are returns allowed?

We accept returns during the  first 15 calendar days  from receipt of your product, in the following cases:

  • The material sent to the client has arrived broken, damaged or in poor condition . The client is obliged to review the material received in order to verify that the material received is in good condition and that the circumstances described in this section do not exist, otherwise, the client is obliged to communicate the anomalies observed within a maximum period of time. 48 hours from the signing of the copies of the collection delivery note. The lack of such communication in the event of an anomaly within the established period will exempt www.repuestosdepantallas.es from any responsibility in the material received by the client.

If the package does not present any damage and still has a broken product, you must notify the email of info@repuestosdepantallas.es within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photos of the product and the outside of the box in which it is has sent the material. Otherwise we will not be responsible for any damage that it presents.

          

  • The material sent to the client is not the one requested.  The customer will communicate the incident to www.repuestosdepantallas.es within a period of no more than 5 business days from the signing of the delivery note. In this case, www.repuestosfuentes.es will be responsible for the shipping costs by Certified Mail and to replace the correct product or products, once the customer has sent the article by Certified Mail. The customer must return the wrong material in the same state in which it was delivered, with its original packaging intact and therefore in perfect condition for sale, otherwise compensation would be requested from the customer. We do not accept returns postage due. 

  • The customer has received his order correctly and wishes to return it . In this case, the client must inform www.repuestosdepantallas.es of his intention to return the order and make said shipment within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the signing of the delivery note. The customer accepts the waiver of this right of return in the event that more than 15 calendar days have elapsed from the signing of the delivery note. The customer will bear the costs of returning the material. The customer will return the material in the same state in which it was delivered, with its original packaging and therefore in perfect condition for sale.

  • The payment of all returns will be made through a discount voucher for the value of the item .

 

How should I proceed to make a return?

To proceed with the shipment of a return or a product subject to warranty, the customer must read the warranty and return conditions and follow the steps indicated below:

1) Read the return-warranty conditions 

2) Send the information requested in the form inside the package. Please be as explicit as possible in the description of the error.

3) Put on the outside of the package the order reference from the Web or the data of the person who made the purchase together with the word RMA.

* It is advisable to send the package by Certified Post or another company that offers to track the package.

*  We do not accept returns postage due. 

We make home collections for the return at a cost of € 5 (this cost will be returned once the items have been checked)
